TIPS FOR INTERVIEWING SUCCESS:

•	Always be on time, at least five minutes prior to your interview.
•	Approach the initial interview as one where you will be selling yourself. How you would benefit the company if you were hired?
•	Be well prepared for your interview by gathering information from your IRG recruiter and researching the company thoroughly.
•	Focus on being direct and succinct in answering questions. How has your current employer benefited from your employment with them?
•	Logically close to the next step. The biggest error sales representatives make is treating an interview as an interview rather than a sales meeting. Summarize the skills that the interviewer was impressed with or felt would be of value to them in their territory and close to the next step.
